Chase the Grumps Away

First things first, if this is your first time visiting "It's a Good Day," welcome!  I invite you to click here to read my first post and let us get acquainted.  AND, for all readers, be sure to keep visiting.  Giveaways will start soon!

So last week I started this blog about good days.  Then proceeded to have a stinky, overwhelming, have a good cry kinda of day yesterday.  Pooh.  Today didn't start out much better as I had three errands to run on the way to work - before 8am.  Double pooh.

Sometimes having a good day seems as unlikely as no lines at Wal-Mart.  It can seem as though your loud alarm clock (is it possible that it's louder than it was yesterday?), heavy traffic, broken printers, torn grocery bags full of eggs, poorly trained office store employees and circulation-cutting panties are ALL ganging up against you to ruin whatever can-do attitude that is mustering for dear life underneath your boiling frustration.

How to chase the grumps away?  At the end of the day, this helps.
