Grab Bag Thursday

I've got some random fun stuff
I've been wanting to share with
you and not had the time.
So, tonight's the night!
Ready for a grab bag of goodies?

Eric's folks live on a farm with a
dreamy, long rural driveway.
So he lets Emma sit with him
and "take the wheel" sometimes.

(I love the backdrop of almost-harvest corn!)
One of my favorite things about
my little june bug is her independence.
You can see it in her very focused face!

My best girlfriend, Jennifer, recently
finished redecorating her master bedroom
in sweet sage green, creamy off-white
and touches of purple here and there.
I with I had a photo of the wooden lattice
headboard her dad made her - you would
love the outdoor garden look it created!
Anyway, I went to visit recently and
just had to bring her something for
her new bedroom retreat.
This canvas piece fit in just right!

I was so pleased with how this 12x12" canvas
turned out that I've been busy making
some up for the shop. They'll be listed
tomorrow so be sure to check back!

Before sweet hubs left to work in Raleigh
for a bit, I asked him to take my fall
decorations down out of the attic.
I could wait NO LONGER to
autumn-fy our little home!
Here's how my mantle turned out.

It's amazing to me how bare my walls
look in photos! Any-hoo...
Picture was a $15 find several years ago.
Not quite my taste anymore, but the
cozy colors of a cabin full of books
somehow works for fall time.

The next is simply for your viewing pleasure.

Yep - double whammy.
Pig tails AND bath time.
(Emma's FIRST pig tails, in fact!)
Can you stand the cuteness?
No? Didn't think so. :)

And, in case you're wondering,
YES - it is impossible to resist
her beautiful doe eyes.
